- Approaching clients’ questions, complaints, and suggestions on time.
- Noting significant points of each conversation.
Tele caller Requirements
- Graduate or Bachelor degree in the related field.
- Previous experience as a Tele caller or similar.
- Computer literate.
- Exposure to diverse perspectives, cultural norms, and experiences.
- Superb verbal communication.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Capacity to take critique without internalizing it.
